I never did get to eat as planned. I was incredibly disappointed in how a 60+ year old handled a very simple problem. There was a customer in front of me who ordered ice creams. When the staff brought out one of the items ordered the person that ordered stated that she hadn't ordered that but thought she ordered something different and repeated what she ordered. The staff argued with her stating that "this is what you ordered right here" the customer apologized and restated what she would like, staff continues to argue, "well you didn't order that" customer apologizes once again. Now the staff comes over to me and says "i'm sorry but the other customer completely changed her order." Um okay fix it. She goes back to the customer and continues to argue! She apologizes to me a total of 3 times, stating the same thing over and over. By this time the ice creams could have been made and my order taken. I have seen 10 year olds handle a situation like this better. First stop arguing with your customer who has clearly apologized, you've stated the obvious over and over again and continue to be upset. IT'S ICE CREAM, there are bigger issues going on in the world today. I am not sure if I will return.
