I brought a big group here and the staff handled everything smoothly, especially Dawn, who was super bubbly and attentive. The food might not always be perfect, but the friendly service and great drinks keep me coming back every time.

I like the enchiladas, tacos and the nachos, although I usually order a Vodka Collins instead of a Margarita. I read an article about agave harvesting, and the person harvesting the agave plants is called a jimador. The article mentions a unique, long handled tool called a coa (a type of hoe). I've been searching for a photo I've seen hanging on the wall over a table when I'm at Margarita's.The man is wearing a white shirt, a hat, facing the camera and surrounded by blue agave plants. He's holding a garden hoe. There's a label sewn on his left shirt pocket. I can't get close enough to read it. I think it might be a tequila brand like Jose Cuervo. There's a burro standing near him. I looked it up to see the difference between a donkey and a burro. I guess 'burro' is the word used by people of Spanish, Portuguese or Mexican origin or that part of the world. I always sit at that table when I'm there. If someone is already sitting there, I sulk all the while I'm eating my enchiladas. That reminded me of the movie, "Two Mules for Sister Sara" with Clint Eastwood and Shirley MacLaine.
