The service was exceptional, and the seafood chowder was outstanding, paired perfectly with a refreshing Down East Cider. Whether it's for breakfast or lunch, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Had an awesome time at Lisa's; the service was fantastic and the seafood chowder blew me away. I tried the hillbilly sandwich and the portions were huge, plus the atmosphere was super relaxed and family-friendly-definitely looking forward to coming back!

This place needs a complete make over. Furniture is old, looks like it was purchased at Goodwill back in the 50's. The place just looks and smells dirty. Our food was tasteless,fried to long with to much better, my wife's sandwich looked like it had been stepped on it and then fried some more, we were a party of 5 and none of our meals were worth eating. Very over priced. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic for the food. This place has gone down hill fast, doesn't seem to be any care for the building or the food any longer.

GREAT HOME MADE FAMILY FOOD! Everything I had was homemade...no institutional food served to us. Hash...fresh no can crappola, beans nice chunks of pork and mild molasses taste, home fries cooked perfect. Nice flakey biscuits, bacon cooked just right,eggs perfect! Great place to eat!

Had the baked stuffed mushrooms,buffalo wings & a buffalo blue cheese burger. Everything was great. the service was great too.

Literally some of the worst service I have ever seen in my life... The only reason why I give it 2 stars is because the owner Lisa is nice And the food isn't bad! But the service ruins the whole experience... Lisa's sister I understand it's her sister but she shouldn't be working there. She is rude and unorganized with the public. If I didn't like listening to some of the musicians that go there then I wouldn't waste my time. I think it's time to get rid of the employees you have and come up with a professional team I think it would bring more guest besides just the townies!

Ordered take out for a wedding and a graduation party of shrimp mac salad and green nuts & berry salad with chicken/bacon topping! AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS and plenty! We were very impressed with the amount for the cost and everyone raved about how good the dishes tasted! The mac salad had the works :) Thanks!

I went in to fill out application on 05/2011.When i called the next day to set up appointment for interview they had lost my application.That was the second time that has happened now.People need to work in this world and to be treated like this is SO disrespectful and discourtious.It's bad enough trying to find a job.I don't need that!My cousin Mike used to own that restaurant many years ago.It was run with proper respect then.At my age to be applying for a dishwashing or prepcook job is humiliating enough,i don't need to be degraded like that!

On Sunday May 23rd, I along with 19 others stop by Lisa's restaurant in Augusta, Maine for food and refreshments. Although we were an unexpected group and had not made reservations, Lisa and her staff handled the sudden surge in business with no difficulty. We immediately waited on and our food arrived in a timely fashion, hot & delicious. An additional plus was , when Lisa took the time to welcome and meet everyone.
