Thought probably I was alone until I read other reviews on Haffords. Service was horrible never getting what we wanted in a timely fashion and sometimes never. Prices ridiculous for what you get. A far cry from the wonderful thing that the old Coyotes was. Too bad.

My family had breakfast at Hafford's for the first time yesterday morning and we loved it. The food was homemade, tasted wonderful and the serving size was generous. The prices are a bit high for breakfast, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a bad experience. McDonalds would have been a major upgrade on the food which was 19 times as expensive as McDonalds and only 1/10th as good

I love this restaurant! My family and I go there every weekend for breakfast! The staff is very friendly and its a very family like environment! Every morning we are there the owner comes out to talk to everyone there.

watched some dude puke out his car window in the parking lot...decided to not go in...I figued the food must be pretty bad.............

I was having a burger and my table got knocked over by 2 guys having an argument. Turns out it was the owner and he was going berserk. I still had to pay for my meal even though it was on the floor. I will NEVER go back there.

We had both dinner and breakfast at this sight. Wait staff was very good, meals were tasty and plentiful. Hope to visit again.

This is not at all reminiscent of the Hafford Saloon in Tombstone - I heard that they had at least a good piano player...

This review site is a joke. There were other reviews on this place and "POOF" they disappeared... must be the "Hotheaded" owner of Haffords popped his cork at the website and paid to have them removed...another reasion to not go to Haffords

this is perhaps the worst type of restaurant for Waterville or any city. The physical plant has lots of potential, but the derisive owner and the random acts of rage he displays are unconscionable. My family and friends have all decided that it would be best not to honor an establishment that has such issues with customer service.

I will never go there again and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.. My only hope is for a quick business failure which would allow someone who knows how to run a restaurant, do it.

Food and service was excellent, only problem i had was trying to call and order take. The phone was busy from 11 to12:30, either add another phone line or get employees of the phone.
