After a long hike in Arcadia National Park, we craved hearty southern Italian food and Tesoro delivered with generous portions and flavorful dishes like spaghetti Bolognese and pesto chicken pizza. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service attentive and friendly, and the pizzas among the best I've encountered in New England. Despite occasional inconsistencies, the fresh ingredients, large servings, and unique menu offerings make it a spot worth returning to again and again.

After a day of hiking in Arcadia National Park, I found Tesoro in Bangor to be a satisfying choice for a hearty meal. Despite the stormy Saturday night, the restaurant was quiet and focused on their healthy takeout service, offering southern Italian cuisine with generous portions and friendly service.

Great Food, Great Service!

Disappointed in our meal. The chicken parmigiana was overcooked. The shrimp fra Diavlo was picked because our favorite shrimp parmigiana is no longer on the menu. The shrimp was undercooked and pink. If you are using medium size shrimp there should be more. We don't understand why our salads were not included when you had "entrees" at the same price it were less. We miss you Rocco and Fortunada! We may not return
