The first several times I've used this company, it was great. Fast, easy.. I ordered tonight as well, and it was still fast. Chicken tikka masala and some garlic naan from Hi! Bombay. Then, the disappointment came in. On the menu listed on the 2dinein site it says very clearly that my order should also be coming with basmati rice and the traditional chutneys. I got only one chutney (There's supposed to be three) and no rice at all. I email 2dinein and explain my problem, having rechecked the menu to be sure the information was still there, and admit I was displeased. The reply? A screen shot of my receipt. I actually had to take a screenshot of the Hi!Bombay menu from their site, and circle the information they apparently missed out on this time around.

I'm sorry, but that's just not acceptable to me. As of yet I've received no further reply. If I am refunded or the missing items are brought to me I'll be satisfied, but weary about using this company again. If I receive no further comment? No. I will not be taking my business here again. That is TERRIBLE customer service either way.
