On a warm day, I enjoyed stopping by for a cool treat with soft serve ice cream flavored to order, which took a bit of time but was worth the wait. I tried Raspberry, Blueberry, Chocolate, and Butter Pecan-all delicious, though the ice cream melted quickly in the heat. The portions were generous, and the small lobster roll, clam roll, flat clams, and waffle fries made for a solid, flavorful meal with friendly service just before reaching the north entrance of Baxter State Park.

This location is a great spot to enjoy a refreshing treat during a sunny day. The soft serve ice cream is custom flavored, which may result in a slightly longer wait for your order. We sampled Raspberry, Blueberry, Chocolate, and Butter Pecan flavors, all of which were delicious but melted quickly in the heat.
