I love that they deliver! It is very convenient on a busy work day and the pizza has always been hot when it gets here!

If I could give this company no stars I absolutely would I got a steak and cheese that was about 2 inches around and look like something I wouldn’t even feed my dog. French fries were cold so I call back the manager and I talk to him and get threatened about south of services when they took the money away from my card and I asked them to come pick up their food and give me my money back the food was disgusting. If they would’ve offered to remake the food instead of being hard to talk to or deal withI would’ve been fine with that. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone not even a homeless person it’s not humane at all

Honestly, it's the only other place in Ellsworth that delivers pizza and I kind of prefer it over pizza hut. The reviews here are mostly clouded by personal issues and that's just unfair. It's a family business, it's not like they're a giant chain restaurant so yea their food isn't going to be of THE highest quality you can get but I've only ever had nice experiences with both the employees and the food and that's good enough for me :)

Telling people (or even writing on the menu) that there is a $2 deliver charge would be a good start... Though it would be the start on the long long long long super long road to 'Fair to Midling' that they will never ever come close to seeing the end of. Awful.

I eat here often their was a problem with some employees but the problem is salved and the food is grate and they deliver

These people will deliver beer with pizza to a home no matter who lives there. My husband is a recovering drinker and they come every time he calls with more beer. This will not end here. I do have teenagers that come around my house to visit from the neighborhood. Police TAKE NOTICE! and Charlie's? Take my advice and DO NOT DELIVER TO THIS HOME ANYMORE. The one on bayside. I have called before and this time I mean it.
