Ordered through dive-thru, service was fairly quick and friendly. However, that changed quickly. Pulled away with order only to fond they had forgotten some of it. Pulled around to lobby doors only to find them locked. Called restaurant and was informed they would provide the missing item, but I had to wait in drive thru for them and they would not let me in the lobby and were u willing to bring the item out to me. The additional wait through added 10 minutes to my visit, and left my family with cold food from the original order. Barely even received a sorry for the trouble.
