10/11/2020 - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
If I could give zero stars I would. Don't get me wrong the food was edible but our dinner was totally ruined and tainted by the absolute WORST service I have ever encountered and I have traveled and eaten out to many places all over the world. I was verbally berated by the owner/manager of this facility because I wanted to speak to her about my unsatisfied experience with her employees (short version-our names were never called for our table so we waited double the time we should've for a table, people next to us who were seated 20 minutes after got their food before ours, floor manager told me basically to suck it up that it wasn't "intentional"). She interrupted me mid word several times with very defensive statements in a rude tone. We were told by the waiter he would get us another round of drinks on him and then got billed for for those very same drinks and had to fight to get those taken off when we didn't even want them in the first place. I am so offended by how every single one of these employees handed this situation. Not to mention this was our 5th wedding anniversary dinner. When I told the manager that it had been ruined by how they had treated us she told me "no you are ruining it." I am dumbfounded by her lack of respect I received and their approach to handling dissatisfied customers. It felt as though the owner/manager was enjoying yelling over me, cutting me off, and trying to provoke me to fight her rather than have an adult discussion about how her restaurant could improve. Honestly, If you were hoping to have a nice, enjoyable dinner for any occasion I would stear clear of this place. Not worth getting abused by the staff so blatantly and unapologetically. I will not be returning to this place. You couldn't pay me to eat here again after the way I have been treated.
