Very limited menu, top dollar prices comparable to some of the finer restaurants in the central Maine area, but unfortunately nothing to justify the prices. The fried clam plate consisted of about 3 cups of greasy fries (fresh cut, and would have been awesome except they were drenched in grease, some parts near burnt, some barely cooked)with about 8or 9 fried clams on top. Some had no clam inside, some were dark and near burnt, some barely cooked, most (that I ate) had a lot of grease saturated batter. The salad bar was fresh, but stocked with the lowest cost ingredients, very basic with iceburg lettuce. The chicken with gravy over mashed potato's was tolerable, tho the plate consisted mainly of mashed potato and gravy, limited chicken, a special for 13.99. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the quality was very poor. Breakfast was no better several months ago when I stopped there. The prices are way too high for the poor food quality.

Friendly family run with great food and pleasant people. New owners since June 2011. Love breakfasts there. Many homemade items, breads, deserts. Special bikers night on Friday evening. Looking for "fou-fou food" go somewhere else, good meal and potatoes type food, go to Top of the Hill Grill in New Sharon. I drive 10 miles from my house to get there.
