As a regular daily customer I find it annoying that when we do an on the go order that I have to wait in line outside with 10 other people just to get in to grab my order and go. The purpose of On The Go is to get in and out quickly. If you have to wait 15 minutes outside, what is the point. You should have one employee going outside continuously asking who has on the go orders and bring them out to the customers. Or put the orders in the front foyer for is to get them.
