While in North Dallas near Midway and 635, I decided to revisit a donut shop called Nelson's Donuts, a place I frequented in childhood with a friend's grandparents. Despite the years that have passed and the change in staff, the warmth of the service and the quality of the donuts remained unchanged, with the blueberry cake donut standing out as particularly delicious. My recent visit confirmed that some beloved memories can still be savored, even if time doesn't fully allow us to relive them.

If you go early in the morning the donuts are still warm, and even if you can't go early the donuts are still really soft. The staff was very friendly!
