Viewed Canton Pizza Hut website to see what their specials were-- Called the restaurant to MAKE SURE the special on- line was available. Was told yes, and can be honored as dine in. Go to the restaurant, place order and was told by waitress she wasn't aware of the special. She comes back and says she checked with the manager and that special has expired and they would not honor it even though I was told incorrectly over the phone. SERIOUSLY"¦.. update your website, have your employees know what they are talking about when they answer the phone and have better people skills when communicating with the public.

When it first opened the food and service were good but out of the last three times we were there we walked out twice after waiting way too long to be seated and the last time we were there we were seated , got a salad and then staff never came to take our pizza order .we finally got up and tried to pay for our salad and left .
