After making a significant order online for a company event, I encountered a lack of communication that almost led to a missed pickup. Despite the initial confusion, the staff eventually assisted me in retrieving the food, which turned out to be delicious and a hit at the party. The overall experience left me with mixed feelings but ultimately, the quality of the food and the follow-up from corporate left me willing to consider placing another catering order in the future.
