Worst customer service ever from a manager tonight. Gave me an old cheese regular crust when I ordered pretzel crust pepperoni and even reiterated it multiple times on the order. I call expecting apologies and a replacement he was the manager and argued with me telling me what I said and calling me a liar and only offered me 2 dollars. He gave me this old pizza probably to save food cost because either I'd accept it or he would only lose 2 bucks if I complain. Do not go to this restaurant.- Lawrenceburg ky branch
