11/14/2018 - Do not need the attitude
Food was actually good but horrible employee attitude ruined that. It appeared that I was the 1st customer of the day and there was only one person behind the counter. After getting a look like "go away" when I walked in, I got an attitude upon ordering and then the sandwich was thrown on my table as I sat. It seems that there were another 5 or so employees in the back room. I guess that this employee was mad because he had to be the only one on the floor. That is not the customers fault. I put in a complaint with the Firehouse Sub corporation because ("they really care"). Of course I got NO response and it has been 1 week already since "the franchise owner was informed". It is very obvious that they care nothing about their customers satisfaction - at least not at the Buckeystown Pike Frederick, MD location.
