When I went in with my sister to fix an online order mistake, the tattooed employee was incredibly kind and helpful, even trying to assist with a refund from another location. Unfortunately, a blonde woman was rude and unhelpful, making the situation more difficult, but the respectful and friendly service from the tattooed man really stood out. This York Chipotle consistently serves fresh, flavorful ingredients with generous portions, making every visit feel like a delicious treat compared to other locations.

Whenever I visit our local Chipotle in York, it feels like a special treat compared to the other locations in the Lehigh Valley. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the ingredients are always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are generous. I truly wish every Chipotle could be as wonderful as this one - it's consistently fantastic every single time I visit.

Wow! What happened? You cut back the portions and raised the prices. Taste is still good but very disappointed in how much less you give. Really? I had vegetarian and you can't spare a handful of lettuce. I would have gladly paid the price increase for the same portion size as you used to have. Use smaller bags for the chips and a smaller bowl for the salad and maybe we won't feel to cheated!
