Walking into the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening, the warm and cozy ambiance immediately wrapped around us, while the attentive staff skillfully managed the bustling crowd with genuine kindness. Laura, our server, radiated warmth and efficiency, gracefully juggling multiple tables yet making us feel truly cared for, guiding us through the menu and accommodating every request with a smile. Each dish, from the crispy Brussels sprouts to the rich risotto and flavorful pork tacos, arrived perfectly timed and bursting with flavor, making the evening memorable and inviting us to return again soon.

The waiter was great. However, the food was horrible,
everything was frozen, curdled beer cheese, burned grilled cheese, over flowing trash cans.
The chicken sandwich was the same frozen chicken strips from the kid's menu. Nasty! There were 5 of us. We all had something different as well as 2 appetizers. We basically left full plates and inedible food.
