Strobelli's is open every day of the week from 11am until 10pm. Strobelli's uses fresh produce, hand selected, not delivered by a big rig. The produce is chopped by hand daily. The pizza dough is made in the restaurant. Strobelli's uses olive oil, not butter or lard, when making dough and no preservatives. If requested, Strobelli's can make a vegan pizza. Strobelli's makes its own sausage in the restaurant with it's own special blend of spices. Strobelli's takes pride in the quality of its product and their customers say they have the best pizza in town.
