Recently, I visited the Franchise for lunch with some colleagues from work on a Friday afternoon. Despite it being midday, the restaurant was not overly crowded. It had been over a decade since my last visit, but I found the atmosphere to be welcoming and casual. The service was friendly and attentive, although it seemed like they could have used more staff to handle the customers efficiently.

mediocre food mixed with people at the bar being the only people getting timely service and actually taken care of. and IL with a mask mandate but not a single employee in a mask. Shame, old owners were better. Bring back the old Franchise.

Terrible service and just okay food. Too much non-mask wearers (mostly employees) to go back any time soon

Ordered the mini tacos and wings. Mini tacos not at all like pictured, tasted ok, but disappointed. Wings were very good.
