Ordered potato pancakes. When they came, they looked darker than usual. When I took my first bite, there was something sticky on the fork. It was coated with old food. Waitress brought a new fork, but didn't eat much because the pancakes were burnt. I didn't complain to the waitress, but did tell the gentleman at the counter. He didn't even say he was sorry, but apparently tbought he was doing something special by taking one dollar off of a 32.00 bill.
