My daughter & I were seated about 6:35 pm & ordered. We WAITED. They kept telling us the food would be out "in a few minutes", "in a couple minutes", etc. We received food at 7:30 pm! The waiter (young man) said "very sorry, one person in the kitchen" (in a tone that didn't sound like he was sorry) and walked away. My daughter said her food was OK. My chicken sandwich was terrible! Dry! And the chicken breast was very tough! I hate not leaving a tip, but that''s what I did. Inedible meal after almost on hour''s wait. I like the hotel but I won't go back to Charlotte's! First time in probably 25 years I haven't tipped after a meal.
