I found the restaurant through Open Table and easily secured a reservation for the same day. Tucked away in the Aspen Meadows resort, the restaurant offers complimentary parking in the guest structure below, allowing for a serene dining experience surrounded by natural beauty. The service was a bit chaotic, but the delectable dishes, like the venison tartare and lamb entree, were truly outstanding and made the meal memorable.
