I enjoyed a variety of dishes including Pulled Pork Tacos, Roasted Sweet Potato Tacos, and Key Lime Pie, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that truly impressed me. Had takeout from Santa Fe Woodstock and devoured Chips and Salsa, Pulled Pork Tacos, and Roasted Sweet Potato Tacos - all scrumptious! Met Luke at the front desk who generously offered to host an event for Saugerties Animal Welfare upon spotting my shelter jacket. The restaurant consistently scores 100% on Health Department inspections, showing their commitment to food safety. Santa Fe really impressed me with their flavors and generosity, making it a top pick for a delicious meal.
