First, let me start off by saying before the remodel I agree with many others that the line looked very overwhelming for the drive-through, but surprisingly it clipped along pretty quickly. I was always satisfied here however, today the first time I go back after they re-opened was terrible. I don’t know who designed the new drive-through, but it is awful, first of all, I was in line for 20 minutes, but the worst part is there’s no getting out you are trapped there’s a curb there’s a bunch of polls once you are in line there is no getting out so me being on my lunch hour barely got back to work on time And didn’t get to eat all of my lunch. You can’t have a drive-through that you know is always busy and not have a way out for people to top that. The person in front of me had to pull up and I couldn’t get around him because he had to wait for his order because there’s nowhere to go because there’s poles and they have about one car length for people that need to pull up and wait some more for their order to come out , you cannot get around them. I cannot see how somebody would design this where people cannot get out, especially their busiest time during the lunch hour or people have to go back to work. Hopefully nobody’s car breaks down in that line. What a waste of money it was so much better before I will never go back there on my lunch hour again , why they thought having everybody blocked in was a good idea is beyond me surely somebody would’ve had to of thought about that just don’t understand
