The food at Ras Dashen is incredibly flavorful, with perfectly spongy injera and a variety of well-spiced meat and veggie dishes that make every meal a memorable experience. The calm atmosphere and attentive, courteous service create a welcoming environment that makes it easy to enjoy authentic Ethiopian cuisine, whether dining in or taking out.

The food and service at Ras Dashen were exceptional, creating a wonderful dining experience in a peaceful setting. The staff was attentive and patient, ensuring our group of 42 had a fantastic meal, introducing many students to the delicious flavors of Ethiopian cuisine.
