Growing up around here, pasties have always been a staple, especially when heading up north for hunting trips, and introducing one to my girlfriend from Louisiana was a game changer since she hadn't experienced anything like it before. Finding Mr. Pastie was a real treat-the variety blew me away, from traditional beef and potato to creative flavors like Philly and Mexican, all made fresh with that perfect crust that takes me right back home every time.
