After waiting a long time to try this Japanese BBQ, I found the marbled prime short rib and ribeye absolutely delicious, with the beef carpaccio as a standout starter that perfectly complemented the meal. Although the wait can be lengthy, arriving early ensures quicker seating, and the attentive service along with the high-quality meats and tasty sides make the experience well worth it.
