The sushi here is consistently fresh and flavorful, with creative rolls like the spicy California and shrimp tempura that truly stand out. The owners, Mr. Choi and Monica, are incredibly kind and accommodating, making every dining experience enjoyable whether dining in or picking up. Despite its simple setting, the quality rivals sushi I've had in larger cities, and the prices are very reasonable for the generous portions.

With an intermittent schedule, it's best to check ahead, but the effort is well worth it for a taste of Chef Choi's expertly prepared and innovative sushi creations.
