I just saw the film "Spinning Plates" that features La Cocina de Gabby. I was very touched by their beautiful and sad story.
The director has created a web site for strangers to help Antonio, Gabby and Ashley, if they wish.
I truly believe that American is the land of opportunity, but also of generous hearts.
