The new owners have transformed El Rosal with a more open dining area and exceptionally friendly service, making each visit enjoyable. The food, especially the fresh homemade tortillas, chilaquiles, tamales, and flavorful Mexican dishes, truly steals the show with generous portions and authentic tastes. The staff is attentive and accommodating, offering gluten-free options and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like being part of a family-run establishment.

El Rosal has really stepped up its game lately. The atmosphere feels so much more inviting, and the service is super friendly, making it a fun spot to grab a bite. The food is outstanding, especially the chilaquiles and tortillas-they're seriously the best around!
