Crabs were excellent

I placed a to-go order in person. It was my mistake not to check order before I paid. The fried oyster and fried fish were very good and thank goodness that was right. All the fixings, bread, etc. could not have been more wrong. Only two sandwiches ordered. My mind is blown by how a simple order can be done so incorrectly. I began thinking I had someone else's order. So disappointed by how simplicity is ruined.
What else goes wrong here???!!

Very disappointing. Bought a Dz Lg male crabs, got home to dig in, first crab was mushy and inedible. The other crabs were so light, I couldn't believe those crabs were considered Lg. They were more like medium crabs. I decided to call the next day to find out what happened. I was told by one of the Mgrs I should've just brought the crabs back. Not so simple when you live almost 30 minutes away from the restaurant. He also stated that the crabs were weighed for accuracy and the seller needed his money. Lg crabs are a bit pricey but when you love crabs, you'll pay the price for good quality crabs. I tried to understand how such an oversight like this could happen. Which is why I decided to call back to the restaurant. With such disregard for a customer I decided my first visit was my last.

I have been going to Anne Arundel seafood for many years. The food was not so good. Especially the crab cakes were terrible. The shrimp salad was always my favorite that was terrible. I truly was disappointed.

Wanted a great crab cake for my birthday. But getting one from u guys, wrong move. It sucked. Thanks for ruining my birthday dinner.

Owners are rude. The food is overpriced. A lot of filler in the crab cakes and not so fresh scallops.
I will not be back.

The food is not bad but the service in the carry out was horrendous. I was hung up on. Told that you dont get plastics at McDonald's do you?? Well this is inot McDonald's its. Seafood restaurant at ten dollars for lunch. They were rude and indifferent that i was a longtime customer . Iwas and still am shocked

This place is the Bomb! The crab fluffs are great. The crabs were big and heavy. Great shrimp. Enjoyed having dinner with friends at the picnic tables.

Dont let other reviewers scare you off because they are too overweight or embarrassed to sit at a shared table.. its a fun, family, and communal atmosphere. AA Seafood doesn't have a single menu item that tops my favorite list, but equally doesn't have any that scrap the bottom of the list either. I find it very average in price and quality, yet enjoyable for the occasional lunch, take out dinner on my way home, or large party gathering.

Amazing place! Amazing food, drive from over an hour away to get take out! Delicious seafood year round; prices acceptable with the quality of seafood you are given. Shrimp and crabs personal favorites.

NO comfortable seats for elderly or overweight or disabled customers....just horrible picnic tables ! Confusing lay-out. Unfriendly service. Macaroni salad was NOT homemade....it was the Amish kind found in grocery stores. Very expensive for such a casual, uncomfortable place. The fried oysters & onion rings were just ok.

The food is good. The atmosphere is great. The prices are a tad on the high side. The customer service is deplorable.

This was always a favorite place to go to when we lived in the area!! We now drive from Charlestown, WV to get take out. The crab cake subs and shrimp salad subs are the best we've ever gotten ANYWHERE!! We're due for a visit real soon!

Maryland is famous for crab cakes. Not at Arundel Seafood. High price, very low quality. They should be ashamed.
