I recently visited Arrowhead Market in McHenry by Deep Creek Lake, MD and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of offerings. The well-stocked shelves and friendly staff made for a great shopping experience. Despite the busy parking lot and slightly odd layout, the market had a good selection of groceries, hot/deli food, and beverages making it a convenient stop for visitors in the area.
