I'm vegetarian and I eat there all the time. They have never hidden beef under my veggies. Some good vegetarian entrees are the szechuan green beans (specify no meat because there is an option with pork), the eggplant (super yummy) and any of the tofu options. Their vegetarian egg rolls are also pretty yummy.

VEGETARIANS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The vegetarian dish I ordered from the vegetarian selection on the menu came with a huge chunk of beef under all the veggies! When I asked the waiter what it was, he confirmed it was beef. When I asked him why there was beef in my vegetarian dish he walked away from me without answering. I called later and asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on, twice. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!

One of the best selections of vegetarian food at a Chinese restaurant in the close-in Maryland suburbs. Delicious!
