I have visited this location twice in one week each time ordering a ham omelet sandwich and EACH time the sandwiches did NOT have an EGG on them. What is an omelet? While the sandwich is a value item, why is it so difficult to make the sandwich correctly. It's not rocket science. I attempted after the second sandwich to contact the store at 410-273-1797 and the number simply rings. So much for customer service when you wan to "have it your way!"
