If you're looking for a solid Chinese food option in the Highlandtown area, China Chef is worth considering. While they don't offer delivery and operate on a cash-only basis, the quality of their dishes, like the beef and broccoli and fried rice, make it a worthwhile visit. Despite being in a rough part of town and lacking some conveniences, the friendly service and tasty food make China Chef stand out among other Chinese restaurants in the area.
