Food: Not cooked properly, burnt, or undercooked.
Service: Ranging from late to really late. THey forgot a lot of our orders.
Value: None whatsoever. Nothing special at all.
Atmosphere: busy but in a negative way. disruptive crowds, crying babies, just really not a place for those who wants a good easy meal in a not so loud restaurant. Not worth the trouble I'd say.

my best friend use to work here and the stuff he told me about that they do here, in reference to the food, is horrifying. apparently the owner is a really prick and will force his cooks to serve spoiled and dirty (dropped) food, in order to make a profit. hes a dirt-bag who thinks hes straight out of the mafia. pleeze, i met the pervert myself and he is nothing but a fat looser who is a fake chef! he is a disgrace to the culinary industry, as is his restaurant. burn the place down, its an eye-soar!!!!

this place is a hiden gem in the valley. the food is some of the best i've had in a long time and the atmospher is so cool. they have sofas and plasma tv's inside and out. the owner sebastian and his wife are from Boston and they realy make the restaurant the place to be in toluca lake. i recomend that you don't wait because soon they will be slammed. the service is a little slow but everyone is so nice so you don't mind.

We have had several parties at Sebastian's and we enjoy their patio seating and that we do not a wait for seating in the evening.
The day time is another story.
Their wet fries are the best in L.A.
The pizza is pretty good.
Skip the calamari.
salads and sandwiches always seem to please all of our friends.
Service is pleasant.
Decor is comfortable.
We will continue to go to Sebastian's for the great patio, fries and nice service.

BEST SANDWICHES IN THE VALLEY. PERIOD. You simply gotta try 'em yourself. Pick a gourmet recipie, have it on a salad or on a hogie. They are incredible. Top it off with a marvelous patio or a swanky private room with a pool table, and you've definitely got a must-try restaurant. No, I don't work there, I'm just lucky enough to live nearby and looooove sandwiches.
