good food good service

I made a delivery order today and was a little upset when I got my food. The delivery person would not give me my receipt and overcharged me for my order, then had the nerve to ask for a tip. I don't know who he is, but he is not the usual delivery person that I am use to. I will never order from them again if this is how the service is going to be.
