After craving Chinese food while at Costco, I discovered China Spring and decided to give it a try. The food was fantastic, especially the General Tso's Chicken and crab rangoon, and the friendly service made the experience even better.

Ive ordered from here about once every two weeks because it was close. My last encounter has finished my business with this place. i ordered general Tso's and fried rice, they gave me the wrong chicken ad white rice. when i called she said that they were busy and could give me the order the next day. REALLY? I SAID F#@* OFF and decided to write this review so others dont have such a terrible experience with a so called restaurant. DONT EAT HERE.

The food is not as good as it once was. I HATE the service. Never again will I order from there!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are terrible. I walked in, they only had one customer waiting on their food. No one even acknowledged me for several minutes. They don't speak much english, so if you have a question about the food -- forget about it. Frankly, the place doesn't look that clean. I will NEVER eat ANYTHING from there.

Horrible! The rudeness mentioned in the other posting is true! I walked in 2 days ago to order. 3 staff members were standing at the counter and they ALL looked away, as though they didn't want to be the one to take my order. Amazed, I turned and walked out the door without saying a word. I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
Today, I was so hungry, I decided to have them deliver the food to my hotel room. I requested "extra" duck sauce with my large order of rice. The delivery guy arrived with NO sauce at all!!!!! When I pointed the error out to him, he just dropped his head as though I was going to say, "Oh, that's ok, I'll eat this tasteless, dry @** rice without sauce". Please! I refused to sign the credit receipt and demanded my money back! I will NEVER give them business again!

Serivce is poor, they are very rude. Food is "ok" not as good as they once were. We wont go there anymore.
