The flavors of the dishes I tried were vibrant and true to Cuban tradition, especially the sweet plantains and ropa vieja, which were wonderfully seasoned and satisfying. The service throughout the evening was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel personal and special. From the perfectly balanced Cuban sandwich to the refreshing mojitos and lively ambiance, every aspect combined to create a memorable and authentic meal.
