Once upon a time this chain was known for its ribs and service. Sadly, on a visit during the Labor Day weekend this reputation was put to rest. True, we arrived with a party of 25, but the management knew we were coming. Then in a restaurant that was 3/4 empty they only assigned one waitress. Orders were incomplete, food was cold, and one poor table waited 45 minutes for their first round. Is it any wonder feelings were a bit tense. Words were exchanged between a customer and a manger with the manager making a verbal comment and walking away from the entire party.

I would not reccommend this locatoin to anyone.
