We did not dine-in but rather used their delivery service. First there was a language barrier when ordering over the phone. Nothing to be too worried about in the beginning.
Our food took over an hour to be delivered, and when the driver arrived, he did not have the credit card slip for me to sign. Lucky enough I was able to find some cash for tip.
When I originally ordered, I was debating on ordering a separate salad since I ordered a sandwich. The person over the phone told me that the sandwich came with a salad. When I opened the bag, not only was there no salad with the sandwich, but we received two orders of my husband’s entree.
I immediately called Royal Grill and spoke with the gentleman, and he insisted that I ordered two of the entrees, apologized for the missing salad, and he would do better next time, Then, he hung up with me, no goodbye.
Overall the delivery experience was horrible to say the least, but their food was okay, considering what happened. I am on fence as to say if I would try it again. I know for sure I will never use them for delivery.
