First Visit into El Toro Brave on 9-23-17 while there visiting the Navel Academy from Houston, Tx. that I graduated from a long time ago.
Place has good appeal in dí©cor and food was above average,
But servers are paid a automatic "20% Gratuity" fee which they did Not earn nor would it be removed from bill when asked.
Heard other say the same about the gratuity fee upon leaving.
FYI,
I understand the service aspect on this type of business,
I own 5 Mexican food locations here in Houston and serve excellent food with outstanding service that keeps my client returning. Competition is "Tough" here in H-town, maybe not so there.
