If you're considering trying out a new pizza spot, I wholeheartedly encourage you to give Gil's a shot. The pizza here is simply outstanding, with a thin crust that perfectly embodies the New York style. The owner is friendly, the service is efficient, and the fresh ingredients used in each pie really shine through in every bite.
