Giovanni's is my favorite spot for tasty cheesesteaks and delicious chicken kids meals. The hoagie rolls are reminiscent of Philly, and the delivery service is fast and friendly.

i ordered a sum, coke and they would not take my credit card under $20 so i ordered a foot long sub and a large coke and fries or something and was withing $.19 of $20 and they would not take the sale, as i have heard from many people, after one visit they never go back, this happened about a year ago and i have NEVER found a reason to go back!!

■ April 25 2015..Just received delivery order..Lasagna. ..couldn'the eat it!..It was nothing but RUNNY sauce..chewy stringy cheese & noodles with hardly NO MEAT& there was NO ricotta layers..I gave them a courtesy call to explain my problem .I was referred to a man who "said" he was the manager..but had NO name & could not understand my complaint because of a language barrier..he said for me NOT to eat it OR the salad OR the garlic bread & bring it ALL back in there tomorrow & he would decide if he would refund my money ..WHAT !??....Great way NOT how to treat a customer! !ANY NORMAL person in management would have " apologized" ..credited my charge card..& offered me a discount to come back....HINT ...N E V E R..ever again buying anything from them..& it's mostly due to the unprofessional attitude of the the "so-called" management. .● 《 IF YOU READ THIS... PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE & DO NOT PATRONIZE GIOVANNIS AGAIN 》
