The food and service at Happy Harbor in Deale are consistently excellent, with standout dishes like the scrapple, eggs, pancakes, and perfectly cooked liver and onions, all enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere with lovely waterfront views and friendly staff, making it a must-visit for us whenever we return to the area.
