I surprised my co-worker with a strawberry shortcake from Herman's Bakery for their birthday - it was a hit with everyone and disappeared quickly! The cake not only tasted delicious but also looked stunning. Thanks to Herman's Bakery for making our day special with their beautiful and tasty creations!

Walked in on Christmas Eve, purchased a decorated cake, asked the elderly lady for a fresh cake as in the past I had purchased cupcakes which were so stale they could have broken a glass window, she went in the back and came out with one that she assured me was fresh. I took the cake to my relatives house, it waa cut and the inside was so stale the cake itself felt rough, really cake that felt hard to the touch? Listen up Hermans bakery, "STOP selling stale as fresh!" If you wish to sell day or even week old then label it as such, SAD that a once great Baltimore institution has fallen so far, only one location left and it is dismal😥
