There's something about the crispy fried shrimp and juicy, well-seasoned chicken leg that always draws me back whenever I'm around Baltimore. The friendly staff and quick service make the experience even better, though the sides sometimes fall a little short of the main dishes' flavor. Every visit feels like a comforting dive into soulful, perfectly salted goodness that satisfies both hunger and nostalgia.

Hip Hop Chicken in Baltimore is a must-visit for their delicious fried shrimp entree and juicy, well-seasoned chicken leg, with a small yet clean restaurant, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the only downside being the okay sides like the slightly soggy fries.

I went there after a friend told me about it. My first impression was it was going to be like any other place but I wanted to try it so I did. When I got there the line was all the way out the door and the smell was GREAT!!!!!. I couldnt wait til I got back to DC so I open it up and ate as I was driving in rain and all. The fish was so moist and crispy. The french fries were so good too. Now the chicken was out of this world. Go cause I make a trip up there every weekend. ITs great you will not be disappointed.
