The food is consistently tasty, served hot, and arrives promptly. It would be beneficial to include more ketchup with the fries to improve the experience, especially for delivery orders. Customer service is adequate at the Hillcrest location, and I have enjoyed their chicken wings and fries for many years, appreciating the fast service despite not expecting exceptional customer service.
